I’m currently waiting patiently at Verizon trying to get the phone numbers off my mom’s old feature phone. It’s been over 40 minutes, and I just know that once it’s my turn they will just tell me they can’t do it.
Oh well…good thing she’s switching to an iPhone so this will never be a problem again.
